GA Department of Education Section 504 Information

The Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Program is a parental choice program for special needs students attending Georgia Public schools, who are served under an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504.  Students in the Early Intervention Program (EIP) do not qualify under law for the GSNS program.  This program entails public and private school choice options.
