View Student Grades

Welcome Parents/Guardians! Monitoring and having access to your child’s information can play a vital role in their success at school. Parents/Guardians of children in grades K–12 have access to class schedules, attendance records and grades through the PowerSchool Parent Portal which is an easy-to-use, secure communications tool. The Parent Portal also enables parents/guardians to verify household information, including their email address, home address and telephone numbers. If you have any changes that need to be made to your information please email the school registrar.

Returning Users – Please click the PowerSchool Parent Portal link here or below and log in using your username and password. (If you are having issues click on Forgot Username or Forgot Password on the sign page of the portal.)

New Parent Portal Users – Please email your child’s school registrar (email links listed below) and request an Access ID and Access Password. The Parent Portal Activation Key cannot be provided over the phone.

New User Steps:

  1. Click the PowerSchool Parent Portal link here or below
  2. Click Create Account Tab
  3. Click Create Account Blue Button
  4. Enter your first name
  5. Enter your last name
  6. Enter your email
  7. Re-enter your email
  8. Enter your desired username
  9. Enter a password (this will be a temporary password)
  10. Re-enter your temporary password
  11. Enter your child’s name in the student name box
  12. Enter the access ID: (provided by school)
  13. Enter the access Password: (provided by school)
  14. Choose your relationship to the child in the drop down box
  15. For multiple children, repeat steps 11-14 for each child (7 children can be added per account)
  16. Click Enter at the bottom of the page
  17. You will receive an email from PowerSchool (it will be sent to the email you entered)
  18. Open the email
  19. Click the link to verify your account (this will bring you back to the log in page on the portal)
  20. Enter your username
  21. Enter your temporary password
  22. You will be prompted to change your password immediately
  23. Enter your temporary password
  24. Enter your newly created password
  25. Re-enter your newly created password

You are now logged into to your account. If you have multiple children added to your account you will be able to see each of their names in the top left hand corner. Click on each child’s name to toggle between their information.
